UNP sources say the Opposition Leader has been receiving information about UNP National Organizer S.B. Dissanayake openly criticizing party Secretary Tissa Attanayake with other UNP parliamentarians and party activists.

S.B. Dissanayake had recently invited UNP Kalutara District parliamentarian Lakshman Wijemanne to his residence and requested for his support to oust Tissa as the party Secretary after criticizing him over a drink.

Sources also said the Opposition Leader and the Secretary received news about the meeting and the details discussed that very same night.
